Tried everything (i think). Have updated drivers, switched off some of functions of CPU in BIOS (thoght it would work as i read from other similar discussions). Tried to cmd check memory and ssd, tried test system in the UEFI, seems all is right. BSODs are sudden, laptop can work for 4 hours in high setted games and nothing, and can show BSOD after turning and and me, for example, trying to check the error in windbg.Here are folder of 5 last dumps:Minidump - Google Drive
