BSOD -IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL

Hello,I've been having consistent BSOD (IRQL_NOT_OR_LESS_EQUAL) issues on my HP envy laptop that have lasted through both a computer reset, and a new 16G of ram being installed. I was wondering if you all could give me some insight as to the nature of this problem by reading through the dump file for one of my crashes.
