Headphones not working on windows 11

Ever since i installed windows 11 i have not been able to use wired headphones on my laptop. After a thorough remote check by Dell Technical Support, I tried Microsoft remote Technical Support. Result: Windows 11 have ostracized wired headphones 3.5mm jack from their default software in direct violation of EU rules for compatibility!
