Keep getting the Blue Screen of Death

Every couple of days when using my laptop, it quits running and I get the Blu Screen saying Microsoft needs to collect some information from my computer and then it will restart. When it starts to reboot it just stops with the Dell logo just sitting there. I end up having to manually power it off and restart it. When I check the Event Viewer it says there is a Critical Event 41, Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power. Locale ID 1033.Does anyone know what this means and how do I correct it?
