I had an issue after the last update, PIN stopped working, reset it, then lost all accessto my account, which is the Admin account. Can log into spouces account but all attempts to loginto mine (nothing to click to login and need PIN to resolve, first problem. I clicked the Get Help Link and it asked if I wanted Chat or a Call, I selected a call and quickly received a call from 425-635-2970. Bellevue WA US. Went throught 2 tiers of support, the y tried to set up quick connect but it didn't work, they could see my screen via a web version. They did the same things I had done, then was transfer
