Windows keeps blue screening

Watching Netflix and having nothing else running in the background. Computer running for approximately 15 to 20 minutes and then encountering an error, blue screening, and restarting. System states "Windows encountered an error" bur doesn't state what the error is. I have tried updating software, making sure my devices are all up to date, and minimized running other programs outside of what is needed to run the computer. System still crashes. What am I doing wrong?
