Desperately need help to access Windows 11 - password not accepted

I'm unable to sign into my laptop. Windows 11 is not accepting my password. After update my password won't be accepted. I have used the app to verify and updated my password. Tried verification codes, no luck. Waited 48 hrs and went through it all again. I've tried to find solutions on here but nothing works including Windows button +R. I'm at a loss and need to gain access to complete projects. Can anyone help please?
