Transfer built in windows 10 product key to new pc

Hello I hope you are doing well My Asus X561UJ, Intel core 17 CPU shot downed so I bought a second hand Acer intel 13, 8GB, but now it says activate your windows, and it seems that the installed windows was not legitimate.Now I would like to ask how can I install, or use my previous windows ten product key despite of I had no clue from that.Regards,Bijan
