User Profile Service failed the sign-in

I have recently reset my harddrive due to lag and other issues however once windows reinstalled it showed my account however attempting to log into it using my pin gives the error stated in the title, i do not remember the main password for the account or the administrator account and was wondering if there is a fix i can do without knowing either
