I'm stuck in a loop where I keep getting disconnected ! How can I fix it ?

Dear Microsoft,Microsoft family, edge and now even xbox keeps disconnecting me, and I have no way to reconnect because if I do it will immediately disconnect me again! I'm stuck in a loop and this problem is really getting through my nerves, especially the the microsoft family issue since I have a pop up that apears on my screen that I can't get rid off !
