so I have a big blue screen that's says "select account" with my name under it - I click it for it to ask me my password... which I don't remember anymore since I haven't used this computer for a while, so I press the "forgot your password or don't see your account?" tab and it comes up with that I need to be signed in as an administrator but I don't remember the password..... " you can restart to try signing in to windows to manage your user accounts" but how do I do that when I can't sign in? its not giving me a reset button or turn of button on screen its giving me absolutely nothing just
