My mom received a pop up on her computer that appeared to be from Microsoft stating she had a virus and provided a number to call. She called the number they were trying to coax her into going to her bank to withdraw $16,000. In the past they were able to get her to give them 2 credit cards resulting in charges of $1,200. They went as far as to have a fake bank representative call her to validate the need to do the 16k withdrawal. She thankfully called me before going to make the withdrawal. This keeps happening despite me wiping her computer clean and initiation a new windows install. We have
