Built in keyboard and trackpad not working

Hello Microsoft community, I'm here to need your help. My Lenovo IdeaPad s145's Built in keyboard and trackpad not working even after update uninstalling driver, clean boot etc. but when I was installing windows after clean booted it is working while selecting language and country but after perfectly installation it was same as before .. please help me
