Windows time sync advance the system time by 21 hours

Hi,We have a windows server 2019 server running no issue all the while.on 18 Sept 2024 2:01am, the windows suddenly change the system time to 18 Sept 2024 15:30pmThe system time has changed to ‎2024‎-‎09‎-‎18T15:30:24.255735000Z from ‎2024‎-‎09‎-‎17T18:02:28.515789900Z.Change Reason: An application or system component changed the time.Process: '\Device\HarddiskVolume4\Windows\System32\svchost.exe' (PID 864).Note: I think the event viewer are showing UTC+0Can elaborate this?
