I was on with four live support people from8am 4pm CST. Each tech did something different. My laptop which I use for work is worse. I am so upset.

I spent from8am - 4pm talking to four live agents. All did something different. I was disconnected from each one. I wasted one entire day and it’s worse. This is utterly ridiculous
