Bitlocker recovery key says key does not match this drive

Hi!We save our Bitlocker to Go recovery keys in Active Directory. One users cannot open her drive using the password she set, so we tried with the recovery key fra AD, but it just says 'The key does not match this drive'. The error is in danish, so perhaps it is different in english.The ID shown in the prompt matches the ID for the recovery key in AD, so everything should be fine.What could be the problem?Thanks in advance.
