How to prevent an Item related to a Windows-repair-version from being proposed as an available update?

Hello. Microsoft's suggestions aimed to fix the language-related error code 0x80070490 invariably failed, Afterwards I selected in GUI, System > Recovery, option Fix problems using Windows Update. As a result the item Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) along with Install error - 0xc1900201 and the option Retry remains presented in Windows Update as available. The item now being polluting since failing to proceed, it should be no longer be presented as available.
