Some Microsoft account, which I have no idea, locked my hard driver

BitLocker suddenly locked my laptop/hard drive, which, I think, some Microsoft account activated. I have no idea which account performed the task, so I have no access to the BitLocker key. There is no way to reach Microsoft for help. What can I do?
