New RAM and "Blue screen"

English is not my native language, sorry...Today I had a problem, I'll explain it as briefly as possible:I have a laptop from 2010 - Samsung R730. I simply cannot afford a new device, and this laptop is already very slow even with basic actions. I decided to increase its RAM capacity from 3 GB to 16 GB (two 8 GB pieces)I looked at the capabilities of my laptop in different programs, and it said that with Windows 10 it can handle 16 GB of RAM.Today I received my RAM, I replaced the old one with a new one and after that the "blue screen of death" appeared.
