So i was using my computer working all perfectly fine. I turn off the computer, perfectly fine. 1 hour later my brother goes to play on it but there are green horizontal dots / lines appearing on "dell" screen so he turns it off and waits a week to see if that fixes it. One week later it hasn't changed but I make it to the home screen, now the lines have gone horizontal, and when I move my mouse ontop of them they disappear. Ignoring it I log on. But then the computer seems to go into overdrive sounding 4x times louder than I have ever head it and the screen is extremely zoomed in so I turn it
