Win 10 System when coming from break time getting freeze need to hard reboot need suggestions to fix this issue

Hello Team,Need help in resolving the below issue mentioned issue which I am facing its happening randomly for few users getting suddenly freeze after kéeping system in ideal break time after returning it will freeze need to hard reboot same we have updated Lenovo bios drivers and firmware updated and formatted the system but issue still persisting. Plz help me
