So I turned on my PC today and I noticed a weird new background image on my home screen and a weird shortcut in my upper right corner. The "learn about this image" thing from locked screen. I don't know what kind of patch this is, but whatever it did, it caused my PC to refuse to shutdown. I cant force shut down through Admin CMD, I can't hold my power button to force it to shutdown and I am at my wits end.
