Virus and Threat Protection "Limited access by IT Admin" WINDOWS 11

Hi, whenever I try to open Virus & Thread Protection, it tells me "Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app..." I tried multiple solutions, which I found on both Youtube and Microsoft Website and still nothing works. Please help.
