Hello,I am trying to upgrade my wife's HP Laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This laptop meats the Windows 11 system requirements. I have tried this from both the Windows Update Center and from the Windows Instillation Media (both times with selecting: keep all files and apps). Each time it gets to about 96% installed, then it rolls back to Windows 10 and gives the error code 0x8007042B - 0x4001E.I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:- Sfc /scannow and DSIM - Windows Update Troubleshooter- Updating the BIOS to the latest versionMy wife does not wish me to do a wipe & fresh i
