I can't reinstall Windows 11 because my processor isn't supported, despite already having it preinstalled

Hi, I have recently been trying to reset my PC and start from scratch, however I can't. Apparently this is because my device's processor is not supported by Windows 11? Which is quite weird since it came pre-installed on my device anyway. It won't let me start from a flash drive either (it's empty and has 128gb). I've also tried using WinRE, but it keeps saying "Your PC/device needs to be repaired" because \windows\system32\winload.efi is missing or corrupted. None of the buttons work (they just refresh the screen, only one takes me to some weird menu which I have no idea how to use). I've lo
