wifi is not working and not connecting to internet wifi icon disappeared in asus vivobook

I can't connect to any networks. When I open up Network and Internet in settings, I can't even see a wifi tab. I looked into Device Manager and the MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Manager LAN Card has a warning triangle on it? (The one thats yellow with an exclamation mark)If I try updating this, it will tell me "This device cannot start. (Code 56)"I have tried uninstalling and restarting.I'm really confused on how to even handle this. Can I please get assistance?
