Clicking the button to download the troubleshooter on Microsoft Support's Automatically fix Windows security issues page prevents the download. It says blocked.My first problem was below explainedI don't see any security features on my system. No firewall or window defender to be seen. As everyone says, even if I open the service window, there is no service called Security Center to open or close.
