I didn't know I had Microsoft hello until I attempted to sign into my device and it prompted me for a pin. I tried many different pins and had to restart my device many times but still could not figure out the pin so I used another device to reset the pin. After resetting the pin I tried again and it still said that my pin was incorrect. I then got rid of my Microsoft pin all together yet I am still continually prompted for the pin.
