Computer Keeps crashing. Always sends me to blue screen.

I recently got this computer not too long ago, not even a month. It's An HP Envy. It keeps crashing on me, I have factory reset and it still crashes. I took it to Geek Squad and said Ill need to wait around 5 days for a reset from the, and if it's not that, it'll take around 5 weeks to send to the manufacturer.
