How do I stop OneDrive from downloading files during windows 11 installation?

Hello,As soon as a fresh Windows 11 installation finishes, OneDrive starts immediately downloading files to my computer. How do I stop OneDrive from automatically downloading files as soon as Windows 11 finishes installation? Please advise
