Infinite sign in loop for microsoft account on every microsoft apps

Hi community,I recently changed my sign-in methods and that caused me to signed out from my Microsoft To-Do and other apps on my Windows 10 PC. I tried to sign in but each time it just goes back to ask me sign in again after using authenticator/password/email code. My system is also up-to-date. Can someone helps me with the situation? I don't want to try to upgrade to Windows 11 yet and I doubt it will get fixed even if I do.

In window 11, in settings when I try to click on Accounts--> Sign-In option. It doesn't show me anything. It shows me infinite loop.
