Can't Get into BIOS.

Turn on lenovo e555. Press enter key when logo appears. A menu comes up. ESC to exit, F1 to enter BIOS, F10 for diagnostics, F12 for boot menu. When I press F1 the screen goes blank. F10 and F12 work. F1 use to work.
