I have a PIN Problem with One Drive

I have a PIN setup; it's 6 digits and I have entered it several times on my cellphone to authenticate. However, when I try and sign on to One Drive one my Surface Pro, the system only allows 4 digits and I cannot sign in. I tried several times choosing "Forgot My PIN" but the solution offered is not available when I sign in on the phone. PLEASE HELP!
