Hi, my laptop has been displaying to me (before log in to it) that "Your PIN is required to sign in" and then the message below asks me to "Your PIN is no longer available to the secrity seetings on this device. You a set up your PIN again by going to Settings> Accounts > Sign In-options" When I tried to input my previous PIN it doesn't work, When I tried to put my finger it also doesnt work. I haven't changed the password myself. This leaves me unable to login to my computer. What can I do?
