When I use the cttune dialog and check the box Turn on ClearType the effect immediately takes place (unless I cancel - it reverts).I would like to change the ClearType setting via the command line. I have found I can run the following command:reg add "HKCU\Control Panel\Destop" /v FontSmoothingType /t REG_DWORD /d 0x2 /fHowever the change does not take immediate effect. I understand that while most registry changes are immediate, some are not. My question is what command can I run after the reg add to effect the display change? Also are there other settings that I have overlooked. My goal
