I've attempted to install KB5043064 Cumulative update several times, but keep getting error message that the update has failed.

Windows 10 Home installed.I've seen the answer to this question from Ramesh Srinivasan dated Sept. 14, 2024.The "DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH" command did not fix the issue.After doing a full image backup, I downloaded and ran the MCT twice to repair Win 10.Each time it ended with a message: Windows 10 Setup "Sorry, we're having trouble determining if your PC can run Windows 10. Please close Setup and try again."Duh! How can it question if my PC can run Windows 10 when that's what is running already?I can't turn the update off, and I waste much time waiting for it to re
