Microphone's device name having random letters being replaced by glitched ones

Hi there!My microphone has been showing a weird, glitched name whenever I plug it in.No sound issues has been occurring but it has been worrying me.My microphone is a Razer Seiren Mini, but has been appearing on my computer as "Microphone (ÿÿÿÿÿÿeiren Mini)".It's quite weird. I've unplugged it and replugged it back in, same name.It's creeping me out a lot. It's been "Microphone (Razer Seiren Mini) for the past 4 years i've had this thing. All of a sudden its now.. this.Thanks a lot.
