Hello, When I tried to log into my account (that is not the one I used to post this), I got prompt with message "We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account." [Screenshot]Which is the account I just logged in not long ago (At least one month ago) of which I'm sure about that it's not by email spelling mistake. Furthermore, when I pressed [get a new Microsoft account]. I have been informed that said email is already being used with another Microsoft account.
