I have a vm with Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC ver.1809 and build 17763.107, and I have not been able to install any cumulative updates. The most recent version is '2024-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB5041578)'. Every time I attempt to perform the update, it downloads the update, but the install halts at 3%. After few minutes, I get the error message 0x80073701.
