Trying to install exidus app onto my Windows 10 laptop and it says unavailable to load

Trying to install exidus app on my laptop and it looks like it tries to upload showing countdown number of seconds to upload, but then it stops and says unable to download try again. I have disabled my antivirus and firewall as well as tried different browsers and still unsuccessful.
