update KB5043131

Hi folks, the update kb5043131 has stopped the taskbar and the windows icon working. Ithas only partly stopped the internet access (i can get on but no other links) and no settings. I have tried the dism and scannow, no faults. If I use the settings under the Start icon that willand view history but that's it. So has anyone else been affected? Win 10 pro, updated with last update, and nothing new added. BLOCK1234
