Has anybody had any issues installing the new update 2024-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043145)?

This update caused my computer to get stuck with the windows circle spinning and spinning and then a failure to sign in. I had to hold the power button to get the screen to enter my bitlocker key. Has anyone else had this issue? I am wary to try to update it again.
