Can't delete this program folder (polaris office)

So, Polaris office doesn't exist on my computer. There is no executable. It doesn't show up in setttings>apps, or 3rd party uninstallers. But there is a folder that remains in program files(x86), with files inside. When I try to manually delete the folder, I get "this action cannot be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program", yet this isn't true. I even checked task manager, and there's nothing with polaris in its name.I'm pretty sure polaris came pre-installed with this laptop. And I'm also pretty sure I uninstalled it a while back.
