How can I fix error code: 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>

I just uninstalled the camera driver on my HP EliteBook folio 1040 G2 laptop and restarted as recommended. The camera driver didn't reinstall, and I checked in Device Manager and couldn't find the camera. I also checked and updated my OS, but that didn't help. My OS is Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.19045 Build 19045, and the system type is x64-based.
