Disk Management has error in one line. How to fix?

Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Disk Management has error. Size and usage of my second disk, D:, is shown correctly in This PC, System Storage and right-click Properties but is shown as 100% free in Disk Management. The image shows all those parts. I have tried Refresh and Rescan Disks. Neither option corrected the info in Disk Management. See the attached image to understand what the system shows but that Disk Management has an error.Please advise how I can correct this.Thank you.
