I have windows 10, I can't connect to my Wi-Fi (mobile hotspot from my phone) even though the airplane mode is off. I already reset my network, but I still can't connect to my Wi-Fi. It also states that there's no available networks. I already did some troubleshooting such as restarting my laptop, then follow the suggested troubleshooting steps but nothing happens. Any advice?
