WaaSMedicService issue

Hello.I run windows update troubleshooter and appears a notice about WaaSMedicService.I start services and i see that the status of WaaSMedicService whas blanc.I clik >start service at the upper right corner but when try to set start to : manually ,non automatically or automatically via window settings appears the message : access denied.Also at the list appears :failed to read description-code error 2.Any idea ?
