I have a problem with windows defender..

Sooo i uninstalled avast one and my windows defender was gone.(virus and threat protection) I fixed it but. Today i got back from school, and i go to windows security. All i see is account firewall app deviuce device family no virus & threat procIt might be a hidden trojan or something.. But i cant turn on tamper protection because And.I dont know what to do.. Someone help please!!!
