This has happened several times recently on my computer. I have followed the Windows Report guide in YouTube which does reset and then I can use my PC but when I log on on separate days, this message appears again. I don’t understand the need for a proxy but wonder if my Bitdefender Total Security needs it and I have turned off its VPN because it caused other issues which are fine since turning it off. When I last updated Windows (quite a while back), I had an error code - tried to update a few times but error codes kept appearing, eg Oxc00000fd, Ox80070005, so it didn’t update it so could thi
