Can't reset my pc.

I am attempting to reset my PC, but I receive an error message stating that the recovery environment could not be found. I previously deleted the recovery partition to allocate more storage from one drive to drive C using “MiniTool Partition Wizard.” Now, when I try to create a recovery partition, the “ReAgent” file is missing. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?
